A Conversation with Mollie Hemingway and Matt Schlapp - CPAC FL 2022

CPAC Chairman Matt Schlapp talks with Mollie Hemingway, author of “Rigged: How the Media, Big tech, and the Democrats Seized Our Elections”. In her research for her book, Hemingway found that the Democrats have not accepted the results of a single election they have lost in the last twenty years though they accuse conservatives of threatening democracy by questioning the 2020 election. Concrete evidence has even been uncovered of the Democrats’ tampering with election laws and targeting blue areas for ballot harvesting, voter registration, and ballot counting to manipulate the 2020 election. The results of the 2020 election not only impacted the presidency but also impacted Congressional seats and directly resulted in many of the current events that have occurred since then. Hemingway, like many conservatives, proposes a voter ID requirement as a very simple, common sense measure to ensure election integrity in addition to massive reform that will undo the Democrats’ manipulation of election laws.
