American Conservative Union Executive Director Dan Schneider introduces a series of speeches on the Bill of Rights. Schneider believes the series is necessary with Americans’ essential, God-given rights under attack by the Left. Schneider asserts that the first ten rights outlined in the Constitution are not endowed to man by government but by God. Government is merely a steward of those rights. It cannot take them away but is intended to protect them.
