Amendment II: The Right to Bear Arms - CPAC 2021

Arizona Representative Andy Biggs, Colorado Representative Lauren Boebert, and Former Georgia State Representative Vernon Jones speak on a panel moderated by talk radio host, Dana Loesch at CPAC Florida 2021 on the right to bear arms. The Second Amendment is vital for all Americans, but especially vulnerable members of the population such as children on school campuses and women, to take their safety into their own hands. Legislation including the National Firearms Act and federal regulations requiring the serialization of firearms and setting basic construction requirements for firearms are limiting Americans’ practice of their constitutional right to bear arms and defend themselves. The panelists express the need to repeal such legislation and prevent further legislation from progressing into law that would inhibit private citizens’ ability to ensure their own safety.
