The panel discusses the Third Amendment’s relevance with autonomous, police-free zones in Seattle and other cities. The zones established a mob-occupied region where legitimate law-enforcement forces were blockaded from entering and freeing the residents. The residents of the zone were unconstitutionally stripped of their property and rights by the mob. Outbreaks of violent protests elsewhere imposed a similar state of anarchy in other cities where citizens were endangered, prevented from receiving the protection of law enforcement agencies, and stripped of their constitutional rights by woke vigilante warriors in violation of the Third Amendment's provision protecting Americans from forcibly housing soldiers.
