America UnCanceled: Are China and Russia Teaming Up? @GordongChang Joins to Discuss

CPAC board member and national security expert Gordon Chang discusses the increasing threats from Russia and China with Matt Schlapp on America Uncanceled.

Chang’s message largely warns of impending war involving Russia, China, and the United States. The circumstances are building up for a catastrophic, worldwide conflict as the war in Ukraine drags on, the Biden administration remains passive and confused on foreign policy and national security, and China makes military advances on Taiwan and Second Thomas Shoal. All of these aspects combined are creating what Gordon is calling “the most dangerous moment in history.”

“We’re at a very dangerous point right now because there could be war in East Asia at any moment,” Chang says “China thinks it’s at war with us. The Biden administration thinks it’s at peace. So, therefore, its not filling, for instance, the strategic petroleum preserves. The Chinese see this and believe that they’ve got an historic opportunity to move against the free world.”

The United States’ position in the event of a Chinese invasion of Taiwan remains unclear due to the mixed signals by President Biden himself and his staffers. Beijing is watching the United States and ready to take advantage of the obvious disarray in the American government to engage in military conquest. The difficult economic situation in China right now is additional incentive for President Xi Jinping to engage in war to assert his authority, unite the Chinese people, and distract from the economic struggles. Chang predicts that war is almost inevitable and even possible to break out before the 2024 United States presidential election.
