America UnCanceled: @BolsonaroSP joins @mercedesschlapp from CPAC's Investors Summit
Brazil faces many of the same challenges in election integrity, education, and foreign policy as the United States, bonding the conservative movements in both places together. Brazilian representative and son of former Brazilian Jay Bolsonaro, Eduardo Bolsonaro discusses these issues with Mercedes Schlapp at the CPAC Investors Summit to Save America.
“The main isssues nowadays is about the Hamas terrorist group invading Israel, and why is that so important? Because the left-wing government, the Lula administration, it’s very hard should they tell the word ‘terrorist’ because they have close ties with Hamas,” Bolsonaro describes the current political situation in Brazil.
The corruption of the current regime extends to close deals with China and Iran that have made China Brazil’s closest trade partner and recently brought Iranian warships to Brazilian harbors. Domestically, the corruption has seeped into elections and the court system, which are preventing conservatives, like Bolsonaro’s father, from ascending to power.
