Co-chairman of the Center for American Security at the America First Policy Institute, General Keith Kellogg, and Senior Editor of The Epoch Times Jan Jekielek sit down for a conversation at CPAC 2023 on American national security and military capabilities. Kellogg reveals that the American military has neglected its ‘two war policy’ that previously maintained the military to levels capable of fighting wars in both the Pacific and Atlantic theater. Now, our enemies in Russia and China have gained an advantage, progressed their technology, and shown their power in threatening military moves. The war in Ukraine is the foremost example of Russian and Chinese growing dominance. The Chinese spy balloon is another concerning indicator of the growth of our adversaries’ influence. Kellogg suggests as the solution the reinstating of America first policies utilized by President Trump that will build up our military once again, discourage foreign disturbance, and that will bring an end to the proxy war in Ukraine through negotiations that will stamp out Russian ambition.
