Attila Kovács, Robert Greenway, Matan Peleg, and Gadi Taub sit down at CPAC Hungary 2023 for a panel discussion on the current political dynamics in Israel and the place of Israel in peace in the Middle East. Israel is facing internal struggles similar to those of the United States with a deep state of judges overriding the democratically elected authorities to determine national policy and legislation. Externally, Israel faces a host of enemies, including most of its neighbors in the Middle East. However, they found strong and reliable allies in Viktor Orbán and President Trump that stood behind Israel, militarily, economically, diplomatically, and culturally. The three countries formed beneficial business partnerships that supported and exported democracy and beat back Leftist adversaries attacking their Judeo-Christian values and national security.
