Big Tech is for Sale and China and Russia are Buying - CPAC FL 2021
K.T. McFarland moderates a panel at CPAC Florida 2021 with Rebeccah Heinrichs of the Hudson Institute, Buck Sexton host of The Buck Sexton Show, and Matt Whitaker. In the realm of tech, China presents the primary concern for Americans and Russia the secondary concern. Russians are skilled hackers, but the Chinese are capable, discreet thieves of information, evidenced by their advanced military. The Chinese are far better at cultivating beneficial relationships with Western countries that place their operatives in academia and technology, as in the Confucius Institutes, to poach American ingenuity and information. China is so advanced in their espionage plan that China and big tech are almost one and the same, and big tech is cooperating in this plan. Millions of Americans’ data is collected and sold by big tech companies to the Chinese who then use that information to gain an economic, medical, commercial, and military advantage over the United States.
