The state then turned to urbanizing areas, bringing in the tech industry, and engaging in infrastructure projects like the unfinished and expensive high speed railway. Now, California is exporting its socialist endeavors through a slush fund Congress to support urbanizing infrastructure projects in other states and through voting laws and procedures like ballot harvesting and absentee voting that compromise the integrity of elections in other states.
