David Malka, an Orthodox Jew from south Florida, introduces the CPAC audience to a traditional Jewish prayer. Malka leads the crowd in praying the Shema, which professes the belief in one God and asks God to continue to bless Israel. Malka further prays for God to bless all those in attendance and America.
