On this episode of It’s Not About Us, Elaine Beck goes solo to offer heartfelt words of hope as the Durham report casts a dark shadow over the country.
The Durham report confirms that the Russia hoax was, indeed, a hoax, a narrative carefully crafted by the coordination of the Obama administration and the FBI. The revelations at once validate the claims to innocence of the Trump administration and reinforce distrust in the federal government.
“It was all just somebody’s imaginative way of sharing evil into this world. They turned around and they sought to find a cause without a cause. They sought to make things wrong when they were right. They wanted to smear the person that beat their person, and their person actually helped create that,” Beck describes. “I don’t know how much more wrong you can get. Evil is and evil does as evil is.”
Still, conservatives should not despair. Rather, they should cling to hope, turn to God for comfort, and pray for the country.
“We have hope in knowing that God is much stronger than the devil anytime, and that we have the Holy Spirit in us. Those us that are believers, we know that we have a Holy Spirit that is powerful, like Jesus was, and that we can speak to this, and we can have hope in it,” Beck encourages.
She reminds Americans, especially Christians and conservatives, that there is still time and the capacity for many Americans to be converted. Until then, God-fearing Americans must persevere in hope, serve the country, and place their trust in God.
