Jeff Clark Puts the DOJ on Trial — America Uncanceled
On this episode of America Uncanceled, Jeff Clark, former DOJ Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Division, joins Matt and Mercedes Schlapp to discuss the unethical actions of the Department of Justice.
The DOJ has chosen to obsess over January 6th activity and so-called ‘election deniers.’ The well-covered raid on Mar-a-lago, the subpeonas of former Trump staffers, and the FBI’s most recent encounter with Trump supporter and ‘election denier’ Mike Lindell have put on full display the justice department’s biased agenda.
Meanwhile, the DOJ has decided to forego investigation into real crimes, especially voter fraud. Clark describes how former Attorney General William Barr even admitted to intentionally neglecting voter fraud. Clark says Barr has pathetically blamed the complexity of the issue and the amount of resources the investigation would require for the DOJ’s inaction on voter fraud.
Ironically, while the Left refuses to even examine the evidence, those on the Right are called ‘deniers.’ Clark finds this to be a pattern in more issues than just election integrity. “Whatever issue the conservative, liberty forces in America take positions on, the mainstream press labels them deniers when, in reality, they’re the ones ignoring the evidence,” he remarks.
Ignoring evidence is just the tip of the iceberg on the Left’s corruption of the justice department. Clark describes how they have abused their power in the federal government, violated the separation of powers, and attempted to rewrite the statutes in their favor.
“I don’t know what they’re capable of as they turn the temperature up,” Clark comments on the question of the indictment of former President Trump and on the future of the justice department.
