Katie Pavlich and Ambassador David Friedman - CPAC FL 2021
Katie Pavlich interviews Former U.S. Ambassador to Israel David Friedman at CPAC Florida 2021. Friedman urges cooperation between the United States and Israel. The two should draw on their similar founding values and commitment to freedom. The Trump administration’s moving of the embassy to Jerusalem acknowledged and strengthened the friendship between the United States and Israel. It also served to show the president’s dedication to fulfilling his promises and his commitment to backing our allies. The Abraham Accords, another achievement of the Trump administration, contributed to this effect and drew together the United States, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Morocco, and other countries in efforts to establish peace and advocate for human rights in the Middle East. The result of the United States standing by its friends has not only enhanced the image of the United States but also our allies across the world. Israel is now proven to be a trustworthy partner to potential allies and is sending a message of strength to foes. In reverse, the ramifications of abandoning these policies could be catastrophic in emboldening adversaries to advance on Israel and United States.
