Márton Békés speaks on the renaissance of conservatism at CPAC Hungary 2022. He observes that the movements of culture are not linear but sway back and forth between extremes like a pendulum. Ideas of progress are always shifting and changing. Currently, a left-wing idea of progress dominates society and the pendulum of culture has swung in the direction of Marxism. The pendulum, thus, is set to eventually swing back in the direction of conservatism. A conservative revolution is on the horizon. Conservatives, like those gathered at CPAC Hungary, are waiting in the wings and setting the stage for that revolution when they will restore faith, family, and tradition to their rightful place in the center of society.
