According to Mulvaney, increasing private wealth directly correlates to increasing government funds. The next step is to balance the budget in Congress, and Mulvaney encourages conservatives to speak with their representatives about fiscal responsibility. He supports controlled expenses and growing revenues to manage the federal deficit.
