My Pronouns are First Place and Winning, Protecting Women's Sports - CPAC FL 2021

For female athletes like Saltz, the appearance of biological males in female sports is upsetting. It is sidelining female athletes from their own sports, that were meant to be safe spaces for women. Saltz believes this will eventually discourage women from competing altogether as men will ultimately use their biological advantage to dominate women’s athletics. Milstead along with other legislators around the country are working to oppose legislation mandating schools allow biological males to participate in female sports and to introduce legislation that will prevent male participation in women’s sports.
