Brandon Straka, founder of #WalkAway, Arizona Representative Andy Biggs, Former Chief of Staff of the Department of Defense, Kash Patel, and Former Associate Political Director to President Reagan, Jeffrey Lord, form a panel discussion at CPAC Texas 2022 about the January 6 events and ensuing trials.

Straka was one of the individuals targeted and arrested for alleged involvement in the riots at the Capitol. He vents his frustration with being unjustly accused and receiving inadequate support from Republicans. Biggs and Patel are two of the few Republican leaders who have been on the frontlines of the ongoing legal battles. Their efforts have been an uphill battle and have been thwarted by the Democrats and abandoned by fellow Republicans. Patel defends President Trump’s actions on January 6 claiming that the president did what he could within his power to protect national security at the time.
